Catching up on posts...(okay, I realize that I'm a month behind but better late than never)
There was a sale on thinly sliced beef at Lunardi's that week...so I made Tim a steak sandwich with caramelized onions and arugula on french baguette with garlic confit and mustard.
Caramelized Onions - I added a little balsamic to help brown the onions and add a little acidity to it. |
